Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of Bokbut ("the Service").

Article 2 (Service description)

The Service lets you send text between your phone and a PC. Transmitted text is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and is auto-deleted after the configured retention period.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

Anyone aged 14 or over may use the Service. No account is required.

Article 4 (User responsibilities)

• Do not transmit illegal content.
• Do not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or commit fraud.
• Do not access another person's device without authorization.

Article 5 (Service interruption)

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or events beyond our control.

Article 6 (Pro subscription)

• Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• You can cancel your subscription in the store's subscription management settings.
• Refunds follow each store's refund policy.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for the contents of text you send through the Service. We are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure or service outages.

Article 8 (Privacy)

Personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Changes to these terms)

If these terms change, we will notify you via the app or this page.

Article 10 (Governing law)

Disputes related to the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with the Seoul Central District Court as the court of jurisdiction.
